Sunny Omlette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2tbs cocunut oil or ghee

  • sprinkle of black pepper & salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat pan on medium-high heat.

  2. Add ample coconut oil or ghee to fully cover the pan.

  3. Quickly crack all eggs into pan.

  4. Immediately turn over with spatula.

  5. Roll around the pan to soak up the oil for 15 seconds.

  6. Serve, drip oil on top, add salt & pepper to taste.
